As a part of Altair’s ongoing commitment to Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), we wanted to share with you a bit about our Team Member Resource Groups (TMRG). These team member-led groups serve to promote and encourage a more connected global community and inclusive work environment at Altair Global.

This group promotes, celebrates and advocates for team members and allies of Latin American descent within our global community at Altair.

This group promotes, celebrates and advocates for African American and Black team members and allies within our global community at Altair.

HOPE (Helping Others Peacefully Exist)
This group provides a community of support for all team members irrespective of their spiritual, cultural or religious expressions, creating peace and understanding across the world.

LEAP (People with Different Languages and Ethnicity Coming Together to Put Their Collective Voices, Ideas, Innovations and Contributions Into Action)
This group promotes cultural pluralism by engaging team members to celebrate and share their unique heritages at Altair.

This group promotes, celebrates and advocates for LGBTQIA+ Team Members and allies within our global community at Altair.

These groups help drive our I&D efforts to sustain a climate of inclusion grounded in surface-level and deep-level diversity. Providing opportunities to connect and collaborate with colleagues globally has supported team member resiliency and assisted in increased engagement during the pandemic. Now, more than ever, Altair remains committed to our overall I&D mission of creating a workplace of diverse people, cultures, thoughts and ideas because we are better together.
