Hello and Happy Mid-year! As a first-time author for The Nav, I’d like to take this time to introduce myself and tell you a bit about who and what I manage for Altair Global. My name is Elizabeth Stewart and I’m the Executive Vice President of Business Development, Marketing Communications and Global Consulting Services.

In my role, I have responsibility for driving revenue growth across the organization, supporting our sales and client services organizations with thought leadership and consulting projects, and am in charge of all facets of our brand. As you can imagine, I am supported by three amazing teams comprised of some very hardworking and extremely talented individuals at Altair Global. And, in this issue we are specifically highlighting and celebrating the achievement of our Marketing Communications team in launching our brand new, redesigned website: www.altairglobal.com.

Our new website is the culmination of so much time and effort from all of our subject matter experts across the organization. They helped us refresh content, create new pages and develop an overall better user experience for current and prospective clients, relocating employees, prospective team members, supplier partners and anyone else who interacts with our brand through our website.

We put our heart into building out content that allows you to truly get to know Altair Global, our history, our values and the things that are important to us like Inclusion and Diversity and ESG. Additionally, we wanted to provide all our valuable thought leadership in a centralized location making it easy for anyone to educate themselves on what is happening in global mobility as well here at Altair.

And, the new features haven’t stopped yet. Since the launch of our new site earlier this month, we’ve added an interactive chatbot to assist users in finding just the right resources, which hopefully increases user satisfaction and decreases response time.

Altair Global is an experience-focused organization, so it is paramount that all your interactions with us be exceptional. Please check out our new website and let us know what you think. We’d love to hear from you!

This issue of The Nav also contains some insightful information from our Global Consulting Services team related to the new Freddie and Fannie 2022 lending guidelines resulting from the Surfside, Florida, condo collapse and how these new guidelines could affect your program. Finally, you can see one more of my teams in action as our Business Development representatives are back on the street, networking, promoting Altair and, hopefully, meeting up with you at conferences and meetings.

As I said, Happy Mid-year! With all that we’ve already accomplished, 2022 is off to an amazing start at Altair and we can’t wait to see what the rest of this year holds.
